TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • In the case of lateness from the client’s side, the client is responsible for compensating the Colour Correct team for the time spent from the agreed-upon start time of the shoot. This includes lateness of products, models, or location issues that are not organized by any member of the Colour Correct team.

  • The agreed-upon start time of the shoot cannot be changed within 12 hours before the start time.

  • In the case of the shoot being canceled after the STARTING time for any reason outside of the Colour Correct team’s control, the client must compensate the team for the time spent from the agreed-upon time to the cancelation time.

  • Full payment for the shoot must occur after the shoot has ended.

  • If the client doesn’t provide full payment immediately after the shoot then the client has 5 working days to provide the payment. Content taken at the shoot will be sent as soon as the payment has been completed.

  • Content will be delivered within 7 working days of the shoot.

  • If something occurs that is not addressed here then the Colour Correct representative will decide with the client on the compensation required.

  • Clients are allowed one round of revisions for PHOTOGRAPHS & TWO ROUNDS OF REVISIONS FOR VIDEOS.

    • Revisions cannot be made after the finalized content has been sent to the client.
